MIAMI — A federal jury convicted a South Florida man of violently kidnapping a plastic surgeon who treated his wife and later torturing the man with a blowtorch inside a storage warehouse in an attempt to extort money from him.
This is poorly written article and missing pertinent facts.
With cursory research, Herr Doctor was no innocent, facing a year in prison and the loss of his medical license, having found a way to skirt the law profitably (until he got caught), which I suspect, was what drew the attention of the blow torch boys to begin with.
Not too many American names in that story. Wonder why? Also, sounds like the dipshits from the movie Pain and Gain (supposedly based on a true story). I enjoyed watching it cause I like Mark Wahlberg and the Rock so it appealed to me despite the stupidity of it.
If half of what is written in the piss poor I can't-believe-they-call-me-a-journalist is true then he deserved to he caught.
