Alabama man accused of feeding meth to ‘attack squirrel’ faces new charges
The Alabama man who has denied allegations that he fed meth to an attack squirrel at his home will reportedly face additional charges—delaying his trial.
Mickey Joel Paulk, 39, was scheduled to appear in court next week to face charges of possession of a wild animal, stolen property and possession of a weapon by a felon after his initial arrest in June 2019, AL.com reported.
Alabama is quite backward when it comes to having a pet that is normally a wild animal. Just north, in Tennessee, you can have one and don't need any sort of permit for animals like a Squirrel.
Whattaya infer?
ReplyDeletePossession of a wild animal.
Ya mean life a giraffe?
Naw, an attack squirrel.
Here's the thing. How did anyone find out he did this unless he told people? Want to get rid of squirrel? Feed it poison, shovel and shut up.
