Edward Capehart O'Kelley

Edward Capehart O'Kelley (October 1, 1857 – January 13, 1904) was the man who murdered Robert Ford, who had killed the famous outlaw Jesse James to receive a bounty. He was the subject of a 1994 book by O'Kelley's great-great-niece.

  1. Back in the fifties a good friend of mine had a grandmother that lived in Missouri. The family claimed the grandma had hidden Jessie from a posse in her cellar. True or not I've no idea but it was a good family and I always believed them. Good to hear how Ford died. To me he was a piece of shit.
