  1. This happened several weeks ago.. Do NOT watch the video(s) if you already hate out-of-control emotionally driven cops.

  2. So is the Piglet going to use the old "I was in fear for my life" ploy that has worked so well in the past ? As long as the cops all go home safely at the end of the day it's all good right ? I bet they absolutely hate the body cameras having the murder you committed recorded for all to see what happened has to take a lot of the fun out of killing people ,

Mixed bag. They might get prosecuted a bit more, but "movie night" at the station is a lot more fun when you get to watch the beatings and shootings over and over.

  3. Political double talk

His use of deadly force in this incident is a clear violation of department policy and directly contradicts multiple aspects of our use of force and training," Magnus said.

    Just putting it out there..

Crazy guy in a wheelchair with a knife is no danger to anyone smart enough to keep distance from him. Use of force is completely unnecessary. This guy just wanted a chance to kill someone and needs locked up forever.

  4. The first 8 shots were bad enough, but that 9th one after a pause should get the cop a premeditated murder charge.

    2. Just curious, did you watch the videos? Are you just trolling? Or do you honestly believe going up to random people and murdering them is okay as long as you have a badge?

    3. It would be much better if he/they did their damn jobs, they are enforcement of the law not judge, jury and executioners. They are not in any danger from 99% of the people they come across BUT 30% of the people they come into contact with are in danger of them. How about we all go home safe from the police encounters, if they are so scared of the people quit and go be a fucking mall cop.

  7. Firing is one thing, unless he's decertified he can work at any jurisdiction that hires him.

  8. Fired? He should be hung, drawn and quartered pour encourager les autres.

Oh, I want to go home to mommy at the end of my shift. You signed up for a dangerous profession. If you can't handle it, seek employment elsewhere in a non-threatening field, like coding where the most threatening situation you might be exposed to is a hangnail from the keyboard.

This is the second story this month, which I will remind everyone is A MERE SIX DAYS OLD, of someone loosing their life to some out of control asshole with a badge and gun.

Then the police wonder why people are calling for defunding them? How is it that psychopaths like this are given a badge and a gun and to begin with?

There is definitely something wrong with the psychological screening of potential officers that this keeps occurring. Arizona in particular seems rife with officers using unwarranted deadly force. They must think it's still the wild wild west there.

Any bets that this guy shows up in some other jurisdiction as a policeman? Phoenix anyone?

  10. SO are the gonna have a high profile trial and convict him of murder?
Or are they gonna let this pass because the man shot was white?

  11. No doubt, this clown has wanted to shoot somebody for a long time. Why didn't his supervisors see he was a walking time bomb? It's their job to observe and filter out undesirables.

  12. Why not jam his baton into the wheels and lock them up?

  13. It was wrong for the cop to shoot. However, a disabled man in a wheelchair brandishing a knife at an armed police man is just stupid. Darwinian selection; stupidity of that level is a capital crime.

  14. Too many cops with mental issues. Hell, too many people with mental issues as well. How did it come to this? Cops are the muscle for the high overlords who rule over us. Why do you think so many of us carry all the time? I don't dial 911 and I'll smash a celly and anyone holding one. Best start taking this shit seriously or you too can be wheelchair guy. Or worse. 15. Tough call.
    * Deranged knife-waver attempts to enter store.
    * Hired to protect store employees and customers, guard stops mayhem and potential injury of customers.
    .
Quarter-backing after-incident, I wonder if disabling the wheelchair would be my decision.
As a guard hired to protect the store employees and customers, I think my line would be the threshold of the store entrance.

    .
    An aside:
A press-release about hx of the knife-waver is irrelevant.
