When you pay your ex-employee in dirty money...
(NEXSTAR) – A Georgia auto repair shop owner is accused of retaliating against a former employee by paying the worker’s final wages, $915, in the form of more than 91,000 oil-soaked pennies. The ex-employee of A OK Walker Autoworks, Andreas Flaten, may have the richest revenge in the end, however.

I remember reading about this years ago. The owner seems like a real prick, and he's obviously stupid. doesnt he realize that sort of nasty vindictive behavior is how a lot of people end up (deservedly) shot?
ReplyDeleteLet me go through that pile. Pre-1982 pennies are 90% copper. As of today each pre- '82 penny is worth almost three cents in copper value...and copper probably ain't going down anytime soon. Just a prep thought...
