Commentary: Meet the Capitol Police’s New Spy Chief

When most Americans hear the term “Capitol Police,” they likely conjure visions of uniformed officers manning metal detectors at the numerous congressional buildings or helping tourists navigate the sprawling Capitol grounds: a D.C. version of a mall cop.

That imagery, however, is in stark contrast to reality as Democrats have weaponized yet another federal agency to target their political enemies on the Right.

  2. I spent a year living in Alexandria Virginia working around the DC area and I can speak from having seen it myself the Capitol Police along with the other federal police agencies all have undercover and plain clothes criminals running around.

    1. It'll stay because Republicans have no balls.

    3. The downsizing or elimination of any feral agency has never happened in the history of the country. Even regulations that have not been used u=in 100 plus years are still carried on the books. We just keep asking for "permission" from the law breaking overlords. They refuse to follow their own enacted laws, in turn we do not have to abide by their enacted laws. The first one should be to quite paying taxes, en masse. Meaning every single person and business in the entire country. All of a sudden they run out of funds. But not to worry, as they see it the'll just print more and throw the entire country in jail. Wonder which state's they'll use to pull that off.

"They refuse to follow their own enacted laws"

It's even worse than that. When they write a new law, lawmakers, with malice aforethought, insert language that exempts them from the law as long as they are in office and exempts any that follow them.

  4. Good to know the new 'Spy Chief' of the Capitol Police is an Obama lackey.

I swear, the Obama crew is like a bad case of hemorrhoids. They may seem to disappear for a while, but they always come back to chafe your ass worse than they did before.
