Court order: Dad, others in home must be vaccinated for him to see son

IONIA, Mich. (WOOD) — A Michigan judge has issued an unusual court order requiring that a father and others in his home be fully vaccinated before the man can see his 6-year-old son.

The order, issued in Ionia County, includes a vaccination requirement for Roy Fowler, who is the boy’s father, and anyone around the child, excluding those not eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine or those with a documented medical exemption.

  1. That "judge" should be disbarred for violating the Nuremburg code against coerced medical experimentation. ALL available jabs are under EUA that REQUIRE informed consent AND MUST BE VOLUNTARY.

The mRNA vaccines and boosters DO NOT PREVENT coronavirus infection.

The mRNA vaccines and boosters DO NOT PREVENT coronavirus person to person transmission.

The mRNA vaccines and boosters ARE NOT VACCINES, they are at best therapeutics and medical therapies should not be mandated but left to personal choice.

Also the claim that they lessen the severity of COVID-19 cannot be proven scientifically because EVERY PERSON'S response to the virus is different and ranges from NO SYMPTOMS to DEATH in the population depending on their underlying health and age.

  2. Unjust judges. We are overrun with them.

  3. LEO and the Judiciary are not friends of the Constitution nor of your liberty. The entire lot is the enemy until proven otherwise. At the first sign of rebellion they are on the side of the paycheck.

  4. Court over reach. Grab the kid and road trip to a free state.

  6. Doxx the "judge", and spread the word he donated to the trucker convoy, and he's a closet Trump supporter.

  7. Stand that "judge" in front of a wall and shoot him - preferably in front of all the other judges in Michigan who think they might wish to hand down similar rulings.

  8. Give that congenitally stupid asshole in a black hairdressers smock a .50cal facial. This needs to start happening a lot to counteract these types of "rulings". They may be shielded against civil liability, but they sure aren't shielded against personal retribution. Place serious consequences on being an asshole, and voila, we'll have fewer assholes.

  9. I have never gotten an answer to this from those who submitted to the jab.

The question: How can the fully vaccinated be afraid of the un-vaxxed if they received a shot which prevents them from being infected?

The responses are usually that of total frustration and quickly shutting down the conversation. Are we living on the same planet? "Yinzer"

  11. As much hate and discontent that should be directed at the feral judge, the kid's mom is most likely a piece of work as well. No one would care if mom wasn't going full fascist.

  12. So they know that judge's name so an address is easy to find. They know where he works and pretty much what his schedule looks like by the cases assigned to his court. He has to eat lunch and go home at the end of the day. Maybe he likes to fish or play pasture pool. I'm not saying anything but...

  14. These judges have a god complex. Where do they come up with this shit?

  15. You guys need to read the article before you make your comments. The judge is a female, Circuit Judge Suzanne Kreeger.

  16. When there is no meaningful mechanism to hold you accountable for your crimes and abuses this is the type of misconduct that society will see. Judges do this kind of crap simply because they can.

  17. My son went on the road awhile ago, playing music, landing in California. Married a Cali girl and moved her back here to Michigan. I talked to him on Thursday. He said that they went to a conference in Vegas, for a week, and decided that they no longer could stand living in Michigan anymore, with the cold weather in winter, and the Democrats who kept pushing their bullshit like this judge.
He said that they are considering Las Vegas or Moab, Utah. They have driven back from California to Michigan twice, so they know the states between here and there pretty well. She is a hospital administrator, and my son is an electrician and now works on RV's, for a new RV sales place fixing ones that come in, for repair work.
After seeing the POS judge, I don't blame them. I am really surprised that someone has not followed Claire Wolfe's advise yet.
