PHILADELPHIA - Authorities in Delaware County have identified a man they say murdered and decapitated a woman inside of a Clifton Heights apartment before attempting to further dismember the body.
well, it is rather hard to get rid of a body in the city. at least in one piece it is. it not like the shore or bay area where you can stake it out for the crabs to eat it, and there not a lot of pig pens around either. so unless you know some guys in either a wrecking yard or the place where they burn trash, you kind of stuck with it. just saying, of course.
