Now we get to watch the snowflakes melt down

Starbucks plans to raise its menu prices this year to offset inflation as well as labor issues due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, according to multiple reports.

  1. They can’t raise prices because of inflation, the White House says there is no significant inflation.🤣

  3. their coffee sucks. who like burnt coffee anyway ? at a buck per cup mcikey'd has the best deal going and it not that bad as long as they keep the pot clean. one spot does not and the coffee sucks bigtime. you can tell which one has good coffee by the number of old guys there drinking it. bad coffee=not many guys. good coffee=lots of old guys there.

  5. I used to get coffee grounds from them for my worm beds till they wanted me to pay for it. All the other coffee shops give it to me. If you raise worm's coffee makes them very wiggly.

  6. Never been in a Starbucks. Never will. I've read about some of the shit that goes in a cup and seen people come out of stores with what looks like whipped cream under a plastic dome with a straw in it. I think what they are drinking is a melted candy bar in a cup.

  8. I'm laughing my ass off here.

I get it. You hate Starbucks. Does it matter? If you don't like it, don't go there. Does anyone else care? Sometimes you guys can be worse than vegans.

  11. The wife drinks coffee, but I don't. Her preferred brand is Cafe Caribe, in the instant granules. I just picked up six more jars at $3.99 each at the local market...straight from grown and processed in Mexico (say what you want, but Hispanics take their coffee seriously) at around $0.04 a serving. Add some Nestles' Quick and a shot of caramel syrup, the cost rises to around $0.25 per, and she at least says you can't tell the difference.
