Nope. Notice the speed of all the other traffic? The asshole is on a motorcycle breaking the law. There is a reason for minimum speed limits. The interstate is not the place for horse play.

The pickup clearly tried to avoid hitting the motorcyclist. The motorcyclist, however, appears to have been “fucking around” and nearly “found out”. The west coast is bad about these showboating hooligans and I’d not lose any sleep if he’d gotten himself flattened.

#3- we don't have enough information: 1) why was the MC going slow? What was going on in front in his lane? 2. why did the truck suddenly hit his brakes? Did the MC slow down suddenly or was the truck driver not paying attention? Driver pulling a trailer had to suddenly brake hard? Why? Maybe on his phone or some other dumb shit? Or maybe the MC guys ARE doing stupid shit. WE CAN'T TELL. 3) Who was the MC guy waving at and why?
I can tell you for a fact that people in 4 wheel and larger vehicles either do not look for or care about motorcycles and I stopped riding after my third near-death almost event, in each of which I would have been legally in "the right" and also a red stain on the tarmac. 1st kid was born and riding just wasnt fun anymore.
The bikers were merging into traffic. The dipshit should have accelerated instead of posing for the camera. It might be, since they were filming him that this was a calculated and intentional act and this bunch had pulled this shit before. I've seen similar conduct in my area with people standing on a curb then jumping or pushing something in front of a vehicle they thought was going too fast.
The riders were using the freeway as a playground, for stunts. They're assholes that need to go in together and buy a parking lot somewhere. Truck did his best not to kill that moron, but the gene pool would have been better off if he had.
They definitely weren't merging in any normal sense of the word, because I've yet to see a bike with sad enough power/weight ratio (not even a Harley) that has trouble getting up to speed to merge onto the freeway.
#3 - the reason for all the distance of the on-ramp is to *accelerate to the speed of traffic flow*. If your ride (however many wheels it has)can't handle that, then it doesn't belong on that road.
The fact that there's someone filming as Dipshit #1 matches speed with Dipshit #2 (call the camera bike Dipshit #3) really heavily suggests it's fuckery for posting online.
