Reminds me of a pizza delivery I made years ago. Showed up to the address and there were cops all around and in the house arresting the guy I was to deliver to. Cops asked if he'd ordered and then as he was already in handcuffs, asked to pull his wallet out of his back pocket and pay me, which is what happened. A lot can happen in 25 minutes.
That was here in Rapid City a couple weeks ago. Officers arrested the delivery driver, warrant,DUI or something but finished his delivery. So... Shove It Seattle! That's how we do it in South Dakota!
Now that is unexpected. I thought he might pulling some door dash on the side since he's already around town.
