No shit, my oldest brother is still dealing with and fighting over agent orange when he was in 'Nam as a medic and then other exposure to contaminants at San Diego and Camp Lejune (I believe). One of the many terrible things our GOV has done to its service folks, not giving a shit what type of environment they work in, war exempted, although the AO thing was not really needed.
I'm no fan of these vaccines, but I call bullshit on this story.
