"Guilty Until Proven Innocent" - Biden Signs New Backdoor Gun Control Into Law

President Biden has signed a $1.5 Trillion spending bill that sends $13.6 Billion to Ukraine and funds the Government until September. The bill itself passed the Senate with a bipartisan 68-31 vote.

As we've reported before, the Biden administration's only way to pass gun control at all is by backdoor means. So, of course, they've hidden gun control in a massive spending bill designed to fund the Government. Hidden within this 3000-page bill were two significant pieces of gun control.

  1. The same gun grifters who complain about "investigating" NICS denials are the same people who complained that felons who tried to buy guns and were denied were never prosecuted.
The law requires an investigation as to why there was a denial. The false positives will quickly show up during an investigation. End of story.

  2. I am a bit more worried about all the money going into that shit hole of a country. for fucking years now, damn near all of the aid packages always come back to some fucktard in the dump of clowns as a kickback. just look at the bidens, how much did they take back for all the money we sent over there ? all these aids programs are nothing more than kickbacks for the fucks.
in a lot of ways, I almost wish they hit dc with a fucking nuke. might be the only way to get rid of the assholes blood suckers there. they have not done a thing for us in a very long time. besides they managed to stick in another 21 % raise for themselves in this latest piece of shit bill. fuck them.

    1. I too have fantasized such things. There is one big problem, though. Rarely are all MOC in one place, or even in the city at the same time. C-Span used to show congressmen talking in an empty chamber just reading crap into the official record.

  3. Law enforcement will be inundated with false NICS hits. This means that the valid NICS hits will be lost in the noise. This is nothing more than a way to send more money to the ATF.

    1. It has been ruled unconstitutional to MAKE local/state law enforcement subservient to the feds.

  6. If a bill cannot be read and understood in a reasonable amount of time it cannot be signed. Anymore bills are introduced to be voted on the same day they are voted on, and by congress critters that are not even there, voting remotely. And you tell me they, with a straight face, can vote it into existence and say it's necessary. How can you say it's necessary if you haven't a clue what's in it?
A 3,000 page bill or document, would take you 6.25 days if you were able to read 20 pages PER HOUR, 24hrs PER DAY. Let that sink in. Fire every stinking one of the miserable wanker lickers.
