Vanderbilt Professor Calls Parents ‘Ignorant Racist[s]’ for Opposing CRT
A Vanderbilt University professor recently said that parents who oppose Critical Race Theory (CRT) are “ignorant racist[s].”
“Meanwhile, ignorant racist [sic] are worried about scaring their kids w CRT,” Gilman Whiting tweeted last month after a bomb threat against Howard University, an historically Black college in Washington, DC.
We need to form an Anti-diaspora group to help these poor downtrodden minorities. Wonder if they recognize all the other diaspora groups or just the black ones? "Scholars" are an entirely different group that tends to fuck shit up. They should have real jobs and do their scholarly thinking over a drink and a smoke like the rest of us do.
They're wrong in calling it the "Black Diaspora". A diaspora occurs when the greater majority, nearer all, of a people are forced to disperse from their homeland. While a great many blacks were taken from West Africa to the Americas it was not remotely a majority of them, nor even a plurality.
Just another pity party they're having for themselves. They're convinced no people in the history of the planet have ever suffered as much as theirs. Which makes them ignorant *and* stupid.
It's closing the barn door after the horse boogied, but We shoulda picked our own cotton.

ReplyDeleteBlack college. Could guessed. Breeding grounds for racists.
ReplyDeleteRemember the old adage to the effect of: college professors are too stupid to do anything useful in life.
ReplyDeleteYou mean: Those who can, do. Those who cannot, teach.
DeleteThen of course you can add another line: Those who cannot teach, govern. [or fill in the blank].
Figures. He the Associate Professor of Black and Diaspora studies.
