ORLANDO, Fla. - The Florida Highway Patrol has a message for drivers using the new I-4 Express lanes: SLOW DOWN!
The new lanes opened on Saturday and FHP tells FOX 35 News that troopers already issued 77 tickets for speeding. The highest speed was 101 mph in a posted 60 mph.
I remember when they opened the raceway between Jacksonville and JAX. Straight as an arrow and blacktop. I got pulled over and only warned for doing 115 at 3am - testing a new build. Trooper told me he had been running his ass ff all night tryig to keep up.
Usta drive this all the time... anyone who drives the speed limit here will get run off the road while the nuts are running to Dismal-land.
