Your Thursday Morning Florida Report

PALMETTO, Fla. - Dramatic dashcam footage from a Florida Highway Patrol SUV shows the moment a trooper put herself in harm's way in order to protect thousands of runners from a suspected DUI driver who plowed through a series of roadblocks.

FHP said 52-year-old Kristen Kay Watts of Sarasota slammed into Master Trooper Toni Schuck's SUV on Sunday morning, leaving Schuck, 47, with serious injuries, after ignoring a series of roadblocks in place for the annual Skyway 10K.

  1. How much longer does this insanity continue to grow and grow? As an example, this laughing piece of human excrement gets bail and is out loose on the streets once again. She is just one of many atrocities we hear about every day, and this incident is just a tiny indicator of the trouble we are in. Incredible inflation, gas and food prices climbing at a unsustainable rate, college trained idiots and fools roaming the streets looting and burning without consequence, a viciously anti-American media lying to us every minute of every day, supporting local and national leadership that has lost it's way. At what point does all this lunacy end? Or does it just continue to grow?

    2. Okay, this cunt has no business ever driving again. Part of her sentence should be that after she finishes her prison sentence, if she is ever caught behind the wheel of a car, she gets her legs amputated at the knees. Yes, vehicles can be modified for amputees, but maybe this way she can learn. Unforntunately, SCOTUS would decide this to be cruel and unusual punishment. I would agree with unusual, but any punishment is cruel to the one being punished. It would, however, fit the crime.

  3. I wonder if all the cruisers are now going to get their own spike strips. Lady ought to be buried under the jail and for sure banned for life, driving.
