I have four daughters ages 27 down to three and I have done it all. My oldest daughter is from a previous marriage and I was awarded custody when she was three and I was a single parent while operating a mountain lodge, bar and restaurant for six years. But I never could braid hair worth a damn.
No daughters, but I have painted my sweetheart's toenails often enough. Usually ends up with a tiny heart added in the nail polish color on her instep. She loves to show it off to her jealous coworkers, 'cuz girls so bad...
In the seventies my little girl had hair to the middle of her back. I could do a mean french braid I tell ya.
ReplyDeleteDaddies of Daughters! Proud to be one! Definitely she will teach him patience, best thing for both of them!
ReplyDeleteHow I wound up with lime-green toenails: "Now let me do yours, Daddy!". That shit do not wear off.
ReplyDeleteBeen there , done that too!
Deletereal men ain't afraid to be real men
ReplyDeleteThat's the truth. The only person they have to prove they are a man to is themselves.
