I agree. I have a good friend that got into weights in a big way. His personal gym is worth thousands of dollars. He's 71 and can barely walk. He's pretty much in constant pain.
#8 Notice how easy he pushes those weights off his neck?? If they were real that would be 315 lbs + 10 lbs on the outside. There's no way those are real weights. It's FAKE!!!!!
