Yeah, I bet it was tough on Halyna Hutchins, too

Recently released audio of phone calls with a Santa Fe detective reveals actor Alec Baldwin complained about how cinematographer Halyna Hutchins’ shooting on the set of Rust cost him jobs. Baldwin also badgered police to grill the film crew over a box of missing bullets.

The call with Detective Alexandra Hancock in the week after the fatal shooting of Hutchins shows Baldwin telling the detective that the incident has cost him jobs, and has been “really tough.”

  1. since that shooting I have had several conversations about safety with my guns - it must have worked as there have been none of my guns have jumped up and shot anyone.

And fuck Alec Baldwin - a piece of shit who deserves to lose any acting gigs ever!

    1. His leftist buddies in Hollywierd and the media have made sure that he's still gainfully employed during this whole thing while maintaining his implied, to their mind, innocence in every article you read about the guy. I'm actually surprised somebody in his new community in VT hasn't taken a pop at him from the woods behind his newly acquired farm. I guess he figures it's safer there than the crime ridden streets of NYC where his rep as an entitled punk asshole, needing dealing with, prompted the move.

I hope he's still getting death threats every day for the rest of his life.

    2. Can you imagine casually pointing one of your guns in the direction of a human being and discharging it?

  3. If he weren’t a “celebrity” he would have been in jail from day one. He is living proof that money can buy justice, such as it is!

    4. So you don't think it's the person handling the gun that is ultimately responsible for it? And you shoot?

  4. The box, the BOX, THE BOX, THE BOXXXX!!! Jesus, Mary and Joseph, Alec, STFU.

It does not matter what mistakes or negligent acts occurred nor who it was that committed them nor when the box disappeared, how long it was missing or when/where it reappeared. Everything that happened prior to the moment that weapon discharged can be debated until the cows come home and no doubt will be. None of any of that or what is eventually figured out can alter the inescapable fact that Alec Baldwyn provided the final mistake, the final negligence, the final fuck up.

His continued retelling that the gun "went off" when he pulled the hammer back part way and released it is nonsense. He came up with that because in his ignorance regarding how single action revolvers function, he thought that was a plausible lie. IT IS NOT!

He drew the weapon, pointed it at that poor woman and fired it.
