...and the U.S. Surgeon General, who is going to some conference on a plane this week has said he's going to wear a mask on the plane and in the terminals, BUT at the conference ... no mask.
ReplyDeleteSo, he's going to spend time in some of the cleanest air on the planet when he's on the plane, but when he's at the conference rubbing elbows with other Doc's and healthcare officials that he has NO IDEA who they've been in contact with ... unmasked.
This is the logic process of one of the most important public health officials in the country.

Out here in the Inland Empire we're still seeing mask-wearers including solo drivers as well as walkers and bicycle riders. I think what we're seeing is "mass formation psychosis" otherwise known as brainwashing. Because mask-wearing does little to nothing to protect the wearer. I not saying it might keep spittle off you if you're around someone with the bigtime sneezes, but most would turn their backs for protection anyway.
