Imagine wandering through the Italian country side, just you and your pops looking for pine cones, and out of nowhere a giant bear sticks out its giant head, with its giant teeth, right out of the bushes.
Not sure how they say it in Italy, but we like to say it like this… “you’re screwed.”

True. Many attacks on people are 'fear attacks'. Sudden movement and loud screaming generate that response. However, I wouldn't want to be put in that situation to test out how a calm walk away worked.
Smart enough to listen to poppa telling him what to do. If he had panicked and run the bear almost certainly would have chased him.

Amazing! Good thing the father and son didn't panic. I would definatly be needing a change of shorts, if not a defibrilator.
