BREAKING: Supreme Court Will Strike Down Roe v. Wade, According to Draft Opinion

The moment many of us have been praying for over the last several decades appears to be at hand. According to an initial draft majority opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito, it appears the Supreme Court has voted to overturn the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision that made abortion on demand legal in all 50 states.

  1. My money is on that traitor John Roberts being the leak.

    1. My guess is some lowly clerk leaked this, perhaps with the tacit consent of a "progressive" Justice. If so, that clerk or clerks should lose their jobs, be stripped of their license to practice law and if there is enough evidence to support, the Justice who may have given the tacit nod to leak this, should be impeached.

  3. Finally! Now it will go back to the States as required by the Constitution.

    1. Hardnox - glad to see I am not the only one that remembers what the 10th Amendment says - "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

My other thought is - where the heck are the GOP narrative strategists ? "2000 Mules" was released last night. The timing of this "accidentally-on-purpose" leak mysteriously coincided with the day after the bombshell movie premier. And as expected, the noise about the "leak" completely drowned out any chance of mention of this movie by any part of the media other than perhaps Fox, and conservative blogs.

  5. I have mixed feelings about this. How many violent racist black dependocrats will we be saddled with without abortion. I'm fine with eugenics as applied to that demographic.

    1. Same that you won't put a name to those sentiments. Almost as if you are ashamed to state them.

    2. That's the way I feel about abortion, although I would expand the categories and allowable times for abortions. I think Roe was wrongly decided, but I hope that most states would codify abortion and encourage it among welfare recipients, low IQ types, and others that contribute little or anything to society.

    3. What's also a lot of fun are the alleged conservatives who want to repeal the 19th Amendment(Women voting). I don't have a problem with that, if every Amendment after the 10th was repealed. Imagine no more income tax, allowing slavery, and some other things. I'm waiting for the bandwagon to pass by my house in Cincinnati...

    4. Plague Monkey - "others that contribute little or anything to society" you mean like stay-at-home mothers that don't contribute to the tax base? And who gets to decide? You? Fuck that, you were the one that was advocating killing Down's Syndrome kids a while back because they were a drain.
I bet you celebrate Hitler's birthday every year, don't you?

    5. Abortion will still be readily available in most deep blue urban zones. Or its just a road trip to an abortion state. The leftist freakout over this is as predictable as it is evil and fucking stupid.

    6. Joggers are the least likely to use "family planning". Rather the opposite, what with welfare and EBT.

Years back, some pointed out that crime via the low income white demographic took a nose dive about a generation after R vs W came in. Sorry, no links.

    7. B - I said mixed feelings. It's not something I'd choose for myself or care for those around me to. But I have no interest in nurturing a people that are trained to hate and attack me. Nor do I see any other ways to change that. So let them infanticide their spawn, it's on them.

So far as anonymity, do you desire to dox me? The people around me know how I think, that's good enough for me. Is B your full name? pot, kettle, black.

In regards to the issue itself I don't understand the left. If abortion is banned then Democrat voters will have more children to assfck. Dems are never satisfied.

  6. I want to know who leaked this. There has to be an ulterior motive. And regardless, they need to have criminal charges against them. Judge and/or clerks.

  7. ...and of course this leak was staged. How else would a protest mob assemble outside SJC with signs, bullhorns and the MSM in attendance to record the angst, virtually within minutes of the story being published by Politico.

Undoubtedly it was some snowflake on Sotomayor or Kagan's staff.

I hope the Court finds the leaker and tosses him or her to the curb such that he or she can never practice law, EVER. Not to mention that the integrity of the Court is forever compromised.

On the bright side, the SJC rulings which legalized baby killing via abortion that never should have become law via "ruling from the bench" has been overturned or will be when the final rulings are issued by the Court, assuming they now don't cave to public pressure, which is how the original ruling was made.

Another bright side: one of the Justices, during this hearing, cautioned the proponents of the original rulings with words to the effect: "If you lose here, you lose forever". I guess meaning that abortion will not be reheard at the SJC in our or their life times.

...and now the left will resurface Court packing during legislative sessions to follow this year, before the midterms, using the excuse that abortion would not have been overturned with the "right" people on the Court.

There's also the "woman" vote that the left continuously tries to influence with this issue, even though they have trouble defining the word these days.

The memes on this are going to be epic.

  11. I can't help but think that it's a bad time to be overturning this. It"ll only fire up the Leftists to give them something to vote for in the midterms, whereas before they were disenfranchised.

    1. I saw Rich Baris (People's Pundit, a pollster, one of the few good guys in that field) say, backed up with polling data, that the people fired up on this issue are college educated lib females. And they typically vote anyway, so it probably won't bump turnout much.

  17. If I was a progressive, I can easily seeing wanting Roe v. Wade overturned. RvW states that we have medical privacy -- something that Obamacare and vaccine mandates trample. The only reason conservatives didn't go after Obamacare with Roe v. Wade was the hope of flipping it. Progressives realize (a) reversing RvW fires up the progressive base (as MoFo and others have said), (b) protects Obamacare, and (c) allows for Dr. Mengele Fauci to continue his attack on the American people.
