  1. Simple solution for a penalty for this POS, do the same to him as he did to the dogs.

    1. Your anger should be directed at those who would just dump a dog off and abandon it, and not so much at those who have to deal with the resulting chaos.

  2. Shooting dogs that had been dumped off and had gone feral was just a part of life in the farming area I grew up in. I guess today it can only be done by officially approved officials, with their officially approved licenses, using their officially approved firearms and officially approved ammo?

  3. Abandoned dogs become feral and from packs, the only difference between them and wolves is their size and fear of man. The odds of somebody adopting them and taking care of them are almost zero. When you live in an area that doesn't have a animal control, those problem animals get shot a simple solution to a real problem. Loving your pup means keeping them on your own property.

  4. Wild dogs are the worst kind of vermin, and are a threat to humans, livestock, and wildlife. I’ve seen their work around Saginaw and Detroit, and there simply are not many palatable choices.

  6. I know a farmer that caught his dog, his neighbors dog, and 2 strays chasing his cattle and attacking the calves. He shot all 4 dogs and called his neighbor to come get his dead dog. the neighbor showed up mad as he'll, but when he saw that he shot his own dog as well, he just gathered the carcas and went home. if crazy MFer will shoot his own dog don't mouth off to him.

  7. Hate to see dogs hurt, and anyone doing it for enjoyment should damaged enough that they aren't capable to do it again (ever), but: when I lived in a rural county of 10,000 people in Iowa, we had two dogs slaughter a family's small herd of sheep. Didn't eat, just tore them up and killed. If that's what's going on, you have to protect your animals.

  8. Out here, anything that comes in, wants to eat what you got. Mice, to weasel, to bear, and not excluding feral dogs, but I sure as hell don't throw them in the river.
