Somehow or another a capybara made it up to Texas and was living in a small pond at a local park. Friendly. Locals would toss food to it and occasionally it would let people pet it. Until someone killed it and dressed it out. No word on how much meat or how they prepared it. I'm assuming it's ok to eat.

#2 Not natural for a beaver, musta had young. An otter now that's a different story. They will jump in your boat and try ta bite you. Fast like lightning.
