The Court does not announce in advance which decisions will be made public, and instead only says that decisions will be declared. This week, the opinions are being released on Tuesday and Thursday.
There are 18 cases that need final rulings before the justices depart for their traditional summer break, which usually happens by the end of June or early July.
We seem no closer to knowing the identity of the Decision Leaker than the day it was announced. But we know the names of every parent protesting and being arrested at school board meetings.
