ARE YOU READY TO RUUUMBLE???

The 1973 Roe v Wade ruling that guarantees the federal right to an abortion could be scrapped as early as today as the Supreme Court hands down multiple new opinions.

The Court does not announce in advance which decisions will be made public, and instead only says that decisions will be declared. This week, the opinions are being released on Tuesday and Thursday.

There are 18 cases that need final rulings before the justices depart for their traditional summer break, which usually happens by the end of June or early July.

  1. We seem no closer to knowing the identity of the Decision Leaker than the day it was announced. But we know the names of every parent protesting and being arrested at school board meetings.

  3. "The 1973 Roe v Wade ruling that guarantees the _FEDERAL_RIGHT_ to an abortion could be scrapped as early as today as the Supreme Court hands down multiple new opinions."

More bullshit propaganda, though nicely hidden. There was never a 'federal right'. Presuming the leaked opinion stands, now SCOTUS has finally resolved that it's none of the fucking fed's business and handed it back to the individual states to manage. SCOTUS didn't take away shit.

  4. Meh! They aren't protesting in front of Roberts' home so we know he has chickened out and changed his vote. Another snappy 5-4 decision based on cowardice.

  5. The Roe v Wade decision will be the absolute last to be rendered so that the Justices can leave town afterwards and avoid the backlash from mindless troglodyte leftists.

    1. It will be delivered after the justices have left town, right after the 2nd Amendment case we're all waiting on, and will be delivered/released by the junior-est clerk in the building.

  6. I have no more Faith in the Supreme Court than I do the Congress, Presidency. or Socialist Media. Wake me up after it's announced, no never mind, I'll read it here when Ken posts it.
