Officer should have not touched the guy without gloves on. Who knows what diseases you can catch from the blood if you have a nick on your hand. Officers should have went to lunch, get their gloves, and then do CPR.
I don't have pets but my neighbor has a few dogs. He says they love Mexican food. Maybe they could take Nunez' corpse down to the SPCA before it gets too nasty and let those mutts go to town
