In short clips taken from the family’s security cameras (one at the front door and one above the garage) nearly twelve law enforcement officers walk single file toward the home. This came after an announcement was made for the family to come out with their hands in the air.
In the videos reviewed by CBS13, Nicole McCurdy walked out of her home with her hands in the air. Her 3-year-old son and 16-year-old daughter, with their hands in the air, followed closely behind her.

Ripon's a small town about 5 miles north of Modesto, 15 miles south of Stockton, and the joke's always been that Ripon cops are the ones that Modesto and Stockton rejected.
LEO is, among other definitions, a place for otherwise incompetent bullies to thrive.
ReplyDeleteDepends on your hat. I got braced by an Arizona Stater a few weeks ago for honking my horn - he was standing in the road with his back to me. He came stalking up to the window with the "look", which quickly turned to chagrin when he saw I was wearing a Trump 2024 hat. Was all I could do to keep from laughing.
DeleteWhy do cops have to treat everyone that they come into contact with as if they are combatants? Don't give me that "they might be" nonsense.

Thankfully, these illegal fireworks will be safely disposed of at the Ripon Police Departments Annual July 4th Independence Day "Celebrating Freedom for All" gathering.
ReplyDeleteLEO and families only, peasant cash cows --- no admittance.
Know your place, peasant.

ReplyDeleteIf this had been a school and mom was shooting children would the cops have been so bold to enter like that, or do they only do it with unarmed moms and children.
US LEO are the best armed criminal gangs in the land. F the law and the multi-tiered "justice" system, but you better respect their weaponry.
ReplyDeleteThat police chief needs to learn that officers with guns drawn against an unarmed woman and her kids isn't "defensive" as he claims, it's flat out excessive force for the situation.
ReplyDeleteThat said, why did they report it as almost twelve officers? They even had enough fingers to count all the officers, why make up a number?
So, do Ripon's rejects end up in Escalon?
ReplyDeleteWhat I found even more funny is the TV news anchors are "Ming" and "Klinge"! And yes, I know Ripon, used to drive through there daily when I lived in Modesto and worked in Stockton.
