Robert Eugene Koehler, 62, of Palm Bay, has been tied to six Broward County rape cases in 1984 and 1985, but authorities believe many more as-yet-unidentified victims are out there. Koehler is being held in the Miami-Dade County Jail awaiting resolution of a 1983 sexual assault case there.

ReplyDeleteI wonder, if statute of limitations applied in the years he (allegedly) committed the crimes, would he then be able to argue that any law which erased such statute for sex crimes, if applied to his case be ex post facto violation of civil rights?

In no way do I think the guy shouldn’t be deep fried *after* cutting off the parts that identify as male but the marriage between the DNA business and goobermint is horseshit.
