Pair found passed out with 'filthy' twin toddlers in backseat, police say

BUTLER COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) - A mother and a man were arrested after they were found passed out in a vehicle in Ohio. 

Police were called to Todhunter Road near Britton Lane in Butler County, Ohio on Monday after someone reported people unconscious in a vehicle.

    crack cocaine? I'm not buying it. If they did smoke crack, they took some type of downers to come down and that's what made them pass out. I'm putting my money on fentanyl.
