  2. #6. I thought it was a Mexican with a lawn mower. Don't think we have any rich enough to buy a tow truck.

    3. I think it means anyone who would sit in a boat all day to 'maybe' catch a fish has to be retarded. You can buy a fish at the supermarket ... have the clerk toss it to you so you can say you caught it.

    1. I had friends from Chicago in college that always used 'borrow me.' They were heckled to no end.

    1. It was powder they ran out of. If they'd had enough for three or four more shots, the Brits would have had to flee Boston.

    1. I'm left handed too.
Left hand operation works as advantage in baitcasters.
They make right hand retrieve (or either hand retrieve) reels for leftys.
Upside down doesn't work the way it's supposed to.

    2. Most reels allow for left hand-right hand conversion.

    3. Anon, I fish left handed too. Baitcasters are much more natural for me.

  10. #14. I see that all the time with the Fresno farmers who come over to the coast and fish off the dock by my boat. I get quite a few sinkers and various hook setups off my boat as well from the wayward casting skills. I actually saved up a coffee cup full of sinkers in about a years time to give to my grandson who loves fishing. When I see the setups they've got , giant hooks, wire leaders and other crazy crap, I realize why they rarely catch anything besides seaweed.
