OZARK, Mo. (KY3/Gray News) – A Missouri husband has been charged with first-degree murder for fatally shooting the man he says his wife was having an affair with, according to police.
Matthew Dedmon, 47, is charged with first-degree murder for the death of Joe Newburn, 57.
Dedmon told investigators he is a pastor at Heritage Baptist Church in Rogersville.

My wifes grandpa shot and killed a man he had allowed to stay in his home . He came up from the hills to find work but instead he found the loving arms of Grandma . Grandpa told him to be out of his house when he got off work at 11pm . When grandpa got home he was still there and grandpa blowed his shit away . The jury refused to hear the case and grandpa walked out a free man . Defense of the home ! It's a natural right !

Allegations are word of mouth, third party hearsay. Catching them doing it in your bed then resolving the situation politely with a lead bouquet is little more than time served.
