While some of the departing staffers have left on good terms to pursue additional career or educational opportunities, others have attributed the turnover to a lack of mentorship and opportunity, Politico reported Tuesday, citing nine black current and former White House officials.
They couldn't handle not having special mentorship and opportunity - beyond working in the White House.

That's what current government is about. Skin color is a free pass of any ignorant, sorry-ass degenerate that applies. Anyone with integrity figures this out quickly, and realizes when it all hits the fan, they'll be kicking cans while wondering where their next job will be, and feeling insulted.
ReplyDeleteJust culling the straight one from the Obamy crowd.
ReplyDeleteSo that's why I just heard the White House was implementing a plan to offer paid interships** to minority individuals.
ReplyDeleteIf you be Black or Hispanic apply here:https://www.whitehouse.gov/get-involved/internships/
**"Under the Biden-Harris Administration, it is a paid internship for the first time in recent history".
Slaves of the government and they are too god damned stupid to figure it out.
ReplyDeleteThey simply moved the slave's quarters from the country to the cities where they pay 'em to feed and breed. Same business model as before but without the cotton.
DeleteSomebody told them they actually had to work for their pay?
ReplyDelete"others have attributed the turnover to a lack of mentorship and opportunity"
ReplyDeleteTranslation: They were expected to actually do their jobs....
(White) house negros...
ReplyDeleteMy special snowflake is friends with a AA who was in the White House under Trump and went onto finish Harvard Law, turn down a Big Law job to Clerk in the 9th circuit. Conservative as all get out. Grew up in Chiraq, went to Brown, then Harvard Law. Special snowflake and AA met at a DC all law school mixer for summer interns. A bunch of Ivy school idiots were giving her crap about going to Alabama. He told them to shut the F'up. He AA so they couldn't pull Ivy superiority on him and that her summa eng and math degrees trumped all their English and PolySci with fries degrees. They ended up sharing an office as next summer interns at the Big Law firm. It was just a mean coincidence by the office placing racist person to put the Alabama student with the Harvard AA. He then went on to red pill her about how the world really worked. He hardly did any work that summer and she did 7-11's for the 10 weeks. He told her that he would get a job offer because he was a AA from Harvard and she as a white girl from the south would have to earn it. Opened her eyes it did. They are still friends. He finished his clerkship (and actually worked at it) and has gone to a small high powered policy firm. If the election had not been stolen he would have been back in the White House for Trumps second term.

Affirmative action has put so many unqualified N-word in jobs they aren't qualified to do, not only in the White House, but through all phases of society. The way I see it is that for every job one of those thugs get, it's one more job taken away from a more qualified white guy. Yes, it has happened to me and I'm still bitter about it.
