You gotta be shittin' me

SAN FRANCISCO - A federal judge on Monday sentenced the undocumented man acquitted of murder in the 2015 shooting death of a woman on a San Francisco pier to the seven years he's already spent in jail -- bringing to a legal close the case that ignited a national firestorm over immigration, crime and sanctuary cities.

Jose Inez Garcia Zarate was in the U.S. illegally when Kate Steinle, 32, was fatally shot along a crowded Pier 14 where she was walking with her father and a family friend. He faces deportation and U.S. District Judge Vince Chhabria told him to never return to the U.S.

  1. Should of been taken to the pier and shot, then tossed in the ocean.

    1. The ocean already has enough garbage in it - take his cold body out to the desert. Buzzards and coyotes gotta eat.

    2. Why waste a bullet. They should taken him out about 50 miles and tie an anchor around his feet and tossed his sorry ass overboard

  2. If the woman had a loving family, both Jose and the judge would disappear

    1. Jose, sure, but maybe not the judge. It was the moron jury that set Jose free. The judge was only sentencing on the felon in possession charge. He could have had him held for another three years is all.

Personally, I think the problem is this will be Jose's 6th deportation. The sentence for a 3rd strike obviously needs to be a little more... drastic.

    2. I would include the prosecutor that phoned it in during the homicide trial.

  3. Well, he’s essentially free now, so just about anybody can go make a visit to speak with him and the judge I guess,

We need a serious shake-up in the judiciary; waaaaay too far left and it's causing murder to spike because fucks like this guy are getting off.

    1. Haven't you heard? It's not guys like this that are the cause of the spike in gun violence. It's the guns and the gun lobbyists that are to blame.

And if you don't believe me, just ask Karine Jean-Pierre. She wouldn't lie to you.
