MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WSMV) - The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation concluded a sex offender registry operation Thursday and concluded that there are nearly 200 registered sex offenders in Rutherford County.
Just an FYI for those that don't know this (and of course am I in NO WAY defending sex offenders) but people get on that list for the weirdest things. My wife's coworker for example. Lives in an apartment complex. I've been to his place so I've seen what the issue was. Front windows of the house covered with large trees. Really can't see "out" the window very far. School bus stop just off to the side of the front of his house (apartment next door basically). He's standing in the buff ironing some pants early one morning (still dark out). Kids at bus stop snooping around, walk behind the tree, see a nude dude ironing and start giggling/laughing/screaming. Parent at the bus stop walks over and can see through the trees the guy going through the ironing motions saying he's whacking off. Wham. He's on the list. Forever.
My ex wife made some allegations against me during our divorce. It took 3 years and about $14, 000 dollars. in Attorney fees. Meanwhile I’m still paying child support under the law. And naturally she bad mouthed me to our lumber/hardware store about not paying. And I’m self employed, so you imagine what was thought me by half the town. Thankfully thur the court system I was vindicated. But still it’s horrific and depressing what unfounded allegations can do to a man. The great thing now is My most Beautiful Wife in a volunteer with our department of Human Resources. But if it is proven without a doubt you are a child molester, death! And stop with waiting years to put these animals down.
Did you know that public urination is a sex offense? Late at night, walk home from bar, can't find a restroom that's open, duck into an alley, and someone sees you? Bamm! On the registry for life!
The law is stupid and broken.
No, that didn't happen to me. A friend of mine. He plead not guilty of a sex offense, and the judge agreed, so he got off Scott free. He got loudly, is what he did!
I always wonder what proportion of these are 19yo boys messing with 15yo girls consensually (but with really pissed of parents of the 15 yo) versus 35 yo male molesting 9 yo (either sex). And minor variations on those two themes; you get my drift.
Most states don't make the distinction, but to me, there's a huge difference.
We'll have to agree to disagree on that one Kenny (and I've got a 22 year old daughter that was under 18 not long ago). Why? 20 years ago here in Georgia case made national attention. 18 year old high school Senior male, dating a 17 year old High School Junior female. He was getting a BJ from her in front seat of car and dad caught them. Dad filed charges and boy went to jail. Thanks to talk show host Neal Boortz and a number of other high profile figures pointing out why this was wrong, kid was released early. He should have never done time for that.
If you really think that every "customer" of Ghislane or passenger taken to Epstien's island was a democrat, you haven't done your research. The satanic kiddie torturing blood drinkers are all over the place. (Google "adrenochrome", but don't actually use google because they track and censor.) Yes, a much higher percentage of Democrats are, but certainly not exclusive! It's not even confined to the US. For instance, the Queen of England isn't a democrat.
