Killing the Second Amendment in California one step at a time
SACRAMENTO, Calif. —
Gov. Gavin Newsom's office announced Thursday that the governor signed into law a slew of gun violence prevention laws aimed at school campus safety, accessibility and regulation of sales.
California is basically making it illegal to shoot back. Long live crime! Long live criminals! Long live democrats! The shorter that self-thinking people live the better.
I believe they just admitted the doj has a firearm registry, Senate Bill 906 - "That would include a review of the Department of Justice's firearm registry". Seems to me, someone should be asking what registry?
The details of the CA DOJ 'data breach' on June 27th of this year included not only the personal information of CCW applicants and holders but also the details of Dealer Record of Sales forms. That was information the CA DOJ should never have to begin with. But early in the Obama administration CA DOJ agents were 'visiting' gun dealers, such as Sportsman's Warehouse, and copying all their records.
This story went nowhere. No one knew about it. And now the totalitarians running the state know the physical addresses of all law abiding gun owning citizens that have purchased firearms in California in the last decade plus.
Hopefully this answers the question "what registry?".
You should check the ballot measure being pushed in oregon. Permit to buy, after taking safety and live-fire classes administered by the cops. Cops say there's no way or budget to do it, so it's a defacto gun ban.
The solution is simple they can’t tax or take what they don’t know is that you have criminals have been operating this way for years. It is time for the rest of us to follow their lead. Again they cannot take tax or regulate what they don’t know that you have and that applies to more than just firearms.

ReplyDeleteDEATH to California

ReplyDeleteNone of which will prevent criminal law breaking. By definition, criminals don't care about following the law.
