In the Soviet Union, every radical who wanted to be in the party needed to serve in the Soviet Military, usually as a political officer or some other non-combat role.
It was a credential that proved loyalty.
The Democrats used to hate the military.
Now, you can’t shake a stick without hitting a Democrat who was a military officer.

The questions are: Was the military officer a Democrat before the military service or after? And what percentage are male and what percentage are female? Does Black or White come into play? Don't forget to hold a few percent points back for trannies.
ReplyDeleteAs a combat veteran that did a career in the U.S. Army, I concur with the author's point.
ReplyDeleteI believe Benedict Arnold was a military officer as well. So was Marshall Petain.
ReplyDeleteIn Petiain's defense, he was shocked by the losses in WWI, and in the interwar era was constantly pushing France to rearm and uparm. When Germany started rearming after the Nazis took over, he spent all his energy trying to get France to wake up.
DeleteHe only took the position as head of Vichy France in order to reduce the damage that the Germans were going to do to France.
Britain wanted him saved. America wanted him saved. Norway wanted him saved. But feckless French had to demand their drop of blood. The same French that didn't listen to his pre-war warnings.
The Communists have a tactic known as 'the long march through the institutions", in which the pillars of society are corrupted from within. In the USA, this 'march' is completed. The military, the legal system, law enforcement agencies, even religion has been infested with 'woke' ideology and far-left BS.
