I believe it's somewhere in Asia. If it was a city like Baltimore, New York, L.A. or Chicago the old man would be stripped naked, raped and then shot before the lights turned red.
Just today I gave a ride to a man who was well into his 70s if not early 80s. Old man standing in the heat with his thumb out. I took him right to his door step nigh twenty miles out of my way.
His story is his vehicles and house burned down a couple of weeks ago.
That was very kind of that driver to do that for the old guy.
