When you're on a mission

JEFFERSON COUNTY, N.Y. — A 45-year-old Jefferson County man is facing numerous charges after Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputies say he resisted arrest by attempting to steal three cars and then driving off in a patrol vehicle before being arrested in Watertown early Monday morning.
