I think that it's good for women to run. I've done a fair few running and triathlon events. I've seen lots of middle aged women who look like teenagers from behind. In the end it was my knee that stopped me from running. It's a perfectly good knee for day to day life but it's not up to running any more.
#5 LOL The joys of having a small child in the house. I've got a fiver that says this dad walked away to have a stiff drink. That's what I used to do in situations like this.
