I think the turtle is enjoying it. That toothbrush comes close enough to bite and I don't see any attempt whatsoever. Looks like pure bliss to me. Cool video.
I discovered at local nature preserve that the native gopher tortoise loves to have their lower shells rubbed back and forth. They could be on a mission to somewhere slow and if you reached under and scratched their lower shell with your fingers they would pause and rock back and forth in obvious pleasure. Didn't think turtles had such feelings.
Put him on a post and he looks like Brandon.....
