Heard this as we were staging to respond to Demonstrations in Washington DC in early May 1970.
June 1970 I was on a flight to Okinawa and within a week to Vietnam, Sub Unit One, 1st ANGLICO. Arrived home on February 1972.
Needs more Three Dog Night.

ReplyDeleteI was drafted in 1968 to go die in Nam, I applied for and got a deferment because I did not like the musical score for the Nam War. Too much juvenile rock, not enough soul and funk.
