Sounds like a hell of a grudge to me

BIRCHWOOD, Tenn. — A man from Birchwood in Hamilton County faces animal cruelty charges after police say he shot a neighbor's dog with a shotgun.

The neighbor in question is retired Collegedale Police officer, and the canine in question is a retired K9 officer.

K9 dog. It's a dog, not a K9 'officer'.

  1. Around here if a cop sics his dog on you and you fight back you will go to prison for assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest with violence.

  2. He is not going to have a good time in jail. The other detainees may not care, but the officers at that station will make his time there a living hell. They consider the dogs to be fellow officers.

  3. In fairness, the K9 officer is usually the more intelligent partner.

  5. Whose property was the dog on when it was shot? Since the dog owner was a cop, what ever lie he spins will be taken as gospel by the officers that show up. In my state, if a dog is being aggressive towards someone AND IS NOT ON ITS OWNERS property, you're allowed to shoot it.

One of the neighbors has no control over his pit bull that occasionally wanders the neighborhood and gets aggressive. I looked up the law before telling him that I will shoot it if it's on my property and goes after my granddaughter.

  6. Funny how that works isn't it ? The PIGs will show up and snuff your dog without a second (or even first) thought , its all part of intimidating the citizens , and its ok if the Pig whines about being scared (Here is a hint if you are so easily frightened maybe you ought to be working as a librarian ) then it is a free pass to kill a member of your family . Fuck them, you cant have it both ways assholes .
