  1. I doubt that this stage show will be any better than the "Contract with America" did with the GOP in the nineties and all we got outa that was the Macain Finestine patriot act.

    1. Newt Gingrich not only balanced the budget but created a surplus.

  2. I trust the Mick McCarthy about as far as I can throw the Mick McConnell. It's all deep state smoke & mirrors. Too bad lots of naive Republicans will be conned by it.

  3. At least we saw with Clinton/Gingrich working together, that it is possible to create a balanced budget. Of course, they ignored much of it, but it is our fault for not putting pressure on the politicians to stay true to it.
Bill Clinton is many vile things, but the one thing that you must admit is that he knew how to get both sides to work together.
I had a friend who knew him in Arkansas, and he told me that Clinton was both brilliant and had a photographic memory. It is a shame that he was not a conservative, with a normal wife. I think that a wife has become an important part of the presidency whether we admit it or not. Can you imagine Trump with a wife other than Melania, having the same success as he did?

    1. I no longer accept the notion that any of this is "our fault". Calls to congress about TARP were reportedly 300:1 against and they passed it anyway. They dont work for us. Never have.

  6. How about raising hell about ANY FUCKING THING AT ALL. The USA has had enough of THEIR BS as well as a full helping from the other assholes since election day.

There is SO much to bitch about, and no one interested in fixing anything. Seems most pols are blind, or getting theirs....

  7. I always wondered what it would be like if conservatives....
boycotted elections and chased the rinos out....and then....
the demonrats won/cheated in 2020 and control everything now....
I hate backstabbing rinos....maybe we can weed them out one at a time.

  8. McCarthy; Boehner-Ryan light. After nearly two years McCarthy finally woke up. He must think he's running for the Speaker of the House, which would be catastrophic. McCarthy and Mc"CON'nell are establishment, go along, get along RINOs. America deserves better than these appeasers.

  9. Until Kevin has the votes to override a Presidential veto he can propose the sky. Biden will veto EVERYTHING put before him from a Republican majority.
    Nothing accomplished, nothing repealed.
All of the hair brained schemes introduced and passed by the Dim stand as is.
Any R lawsuit brought in SDNY or DC will go nowhere.
Two more years of D BS
