    #19 I had a girl friend who did kegel exercises.

    At one of 6 month exams her gynecologist told her she had great muscle tone and to keep doing the exercises.

    Yes I did marry her.

    It will be 37 years in two weeks.

    After 3 kids the muscle tone is still there.
