What, he doesn't get enough thrills from flying?

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Police have arrested a U.S. Air Force commander who works at Nellis Air Force Base in southern Nevada on felony sex charges.

Kevin DiFalco faces seven counts of lewdness with a child under 18, and one count of child abuse or neglect, according to Las Vegas Justice Court records.

  1. Saw this, and really have to wonder. A young child? No punishment I can state out loud would be sufficient. A 17 year old who claimed to be 21? Conduct unbecoming of an Officer and a Gentleman, but far different.

  4. I just want to remind everyone that an accusation does not mean a conviction. Just because someone says it, doesn't make it true. How about we wait until the evidence comes in before we burn the guy at the stake.

    1. Having been around the UCMJ for large part of my younger years, I can just about guarantee you if they have enough for an arrest, there's enough for a conviction. I do see where it's the Las Vegas PD investigating in coordination with the Air Force, so I might be talking out my ass.

  5. I remember reading about a large group of swingers in the AF officer corps in Neuvo Mejico back in the 60's or so. They'd find a few enlisted to help out with the debauchery. I already knew about the other branches. Somehow I held the AF to a higher standard I guess. I mean, if they TDY on an Army post, they get hard duty pay. I figured they were the gentlemanliest of all the branches. Yeah, no. The naivete of youth.....

    1. Hate to be the bearer of news, but modern "swinging" basically began amongst the Air Force officer corps and their wives.
