A Barstow man was arrested after being accused of molesting five former foster children, officials said Friday.
San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department officials began investigating 71-year-old Juan Antonio Esparza in June after allegations of sexual abuse came to light.
This is very common in the foster care system. Its ramped with dirt bags who take on kids for the money or to abuse them. The sad part is way to many employed in the very system charged with ensuring this does not happen, well yep, they are in on the abuse too. Its a fucked up system start to finish. Tell me one thing that the government touches that is does not fuck up.
Yeah, this is typical of the foster care system. They commit far more rapes, murders, pimping, and other offenses against children than they supposedly prevent. Pipeline to human trafficking is not overstating it in the slightest, even in conservative states like Utah (where the foster care system was sued for targeting loving but poor families in a scheme to inflate their adoption numbers, as kids who are actually abused are often unadoptable due to extreme emotional damage. They'd even LEAVE kids in known abusive homes because they didn't want to hurt their numbers.)
Which is why my stance on abortion is: Sure, it's straight-up murder. And should be legal by any an all means up to eighteen years of age. Because government interference in family life causes more problems than it solves. Always. (Of course, that doesn't mean that the state or neighbors or aunts and uncles are required to rat on runaways, just that the STATE shouldn't (and can't productively) intervene.)
One day if it is ok with you Kenny, I want to send you a email explaining what I have experienced in the foster system over the last 20 years with 2 nieces. One is a adult now with a baby now living back with me again, one I am sitting at a childrens crisis center at this very moment because she is suicidal over the most recent bullcrap the state has pulled to make life harder. I had to leave work to go to the school to get her two hours ago. These people are wicked. It should be over on OCT 13th.
I agree with Sabre 7. Pedos have learned how to game the system. Even inside the system, there are caseworkers who, if not pedos themselves, are sympathetic to pedos. They knowingly promote certain individuals such as this Barstow man.
Also, more than a few homeless share stories of having been formerly put into the custody of the like. Its a racket and they protect each other.
