CITRUS HEIGHTS — Citrus Heights police finally have a break in a series of smashed windows after months of torment for business owners added up to $500,000 in damage.
Used to be a road contractor in South Florida who would go out at night and chop holes in the tarmac. He got caught when he broke an axle in one of his own potholes and the police happened to examine the tools in the back of his truck.
A demonstration of Bastiat's Broken Window Fallacy.
