First there was gas station food, now there's gas station weed
ORLANDO, Fla. - The Florida Department of Health says there are more than 700,000 Floridians with medical marijuana cards. Getting their hands on their ganja is about to get a lot easier.
Ten different Circle K convenience stores will be leasing out space to dispensaries owned by a company called Green Thumb starting next year. The new dispensaries are called Rise Express.
Circle K's insurance carriers will freak and stop this. I mean, yet another reason for a Stop and Rob?
If it actually goes through, the first store will be robbed within a day, all of them will be robbed within 3 weeks and Circle K's insurance carriers will freak and stop this.
Stupid idea.
And, no, people aren't happier now that med-weed is a thing in Florida. Crime is up, marijuana issues are way up, and violent interactions between weed users is definitely up. Stupidest thing voted into law in the last few years. Supposedly only to be used in the privacy of one's domicile. Yeah, right, sure, that's not happening. Weed stench is everywhere.
I'm more for restoration of rights to felons who have served their time than I am with med-weed.
Ah, yeah, right.
ReplyDeleteHere's my opinion on what will happen.

I can't afford that unless they are taking Medicare

My wife looked into this for chronic pain. It’s cheaper to buy it on the street. Leave it to .gov to fuck things up.
