NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Public housing agencies in Tennessee can no longer include provisions in their leases that bar tenants from having guns in their homes, a state appeals panel has ruled.
A three-judge panel of the Tennessee Court of Appeals made the unanimous decision Thursday, saying that the prohibitions in public housing violate the 2nd Amendment rights of its residents.
I seem to remember this same issue cropped up in Commiefornia years ago and went to court. And with the same result.
ReplyDeleteThe damn controllers continue to poke and prod.
I think now is the time to force before the Supreme Court every 2A concern imaginable. Go out to trip the anti-gunners into unconstitutional acts. Load up the Supremes into deciding.
It is a myth that even a bad law is the law until enjoined by the court. Marbury (1803) says otherwise.
Shall NOT Infringe.
