Starker here, Hard Mtn Dew is made here in PA. But, it can't be sold in PA. It is sugar free & caffeine free. Having only two of four necessary qualities to be a Hard Mtn Dew, is a complete miss. The fed statute about caffeine in a canned drink is so senseless. Back in the day, how many of us dumped out part of a 2 liter of coke then added Jack or other?
Mountain Dew - Recommended by 10-out-of-10 dentists. Back in the day servings in a DC guard platoon, a soda machine saw heavy use as a mixer source for wall-locker supplies of booze. Duty weekends saw a "holiday rush" to resupply for base restriction status. Aside from 2-3 youngn's waiting to become 18 and RVN eligible, we were all RVN 03' vets. Hindsight now tells that nighttime off post served as "cocktail hour" for us to work out "being back in the world". Many a can of cola was used to top off partially fueled sodas.
